Units

These are 1 bedroom units of approximately 600 square feet. Units have either a patio or balcony. Kitchens are equipped with a fridge and stove.

Parking

Outdoor parking spots can be assigned for a fee.

Common Room

This room is available for family functions or a general meeting of the tenants in groups or for your personal enjoyment.

Courtesy Room

This room is downstairs and is available on a first come, first-serve basis. It can be used for friends or family who wish to stay overnight. The Courtesy Room has a small Fridge/Stove/Sink combination with a kitchenette, as well as cable TV.

Laundry Room

The laundry room is available at all times throughout the day and evening with coin operated machines.

Garbage Collection

There is a garbage disposal room on each floor at both west and east sides of the building.

Assisted Care

At Colborne Lodge, regrettably, we cannot provide assisted care. We ask that our residents/tenants make alternative plans once independent, unassisted daily living becomes less feasible.
